Forms

Here are the forms you will need to fill out when requesting gallery/custom items.

Customs

Custom Icon:
- Simple, dark, or light style:
- 2 hex codes:
- Quote: (keep it short, icons are 100x100 px)
- Tag: (if applicable)
- Picture[s]: (if applicable)
- Anything else?

Custom Graphic (includes sidebar graphics):
- 2 hex codes, can probably do up to 4
- Quote
- Tag (if applicable)
- Picture[s] (if applicable)
- Width size of your sidebar: (people have different ones and I need to know how big or small to make your graphic)
- Anything else?

Custom Layout:
- 2 hex codes, could possibly add 3-4 more if needed
- Quote/saying
- Picture[s] (if applicable)
- Banner size
- Anything else?

For Livejournal, include same information for background & locked image or just say "match banner & locked"

- 1-2 hex codes (remember items with an "*" colors can't change)
- Tag (if applicable)
- Pictures (if applicable)
